Auto-Reset Metal Automotive Circuit Breakers with Mounting Bracket for 12V DC applications, including automotive, marine, and battery chargers. Type I Automatic Reset circuit breakers protect electrical wiring and components from short circuits and excessive current draw, and continue to cycle until the overcurrent is corrected.

 

This type of circuit breaker is very commonly used in battery chargers as DC circuit protection.
