Yuasa S46B24R VRLA Auxiliary Battery - Prius

 

The Yuasa S46B24R is a factory-activated, maintenance free 12V battery. It is a 45 AH battery rated at 325 CCA. It has a carry handle that eases installation. The dimensions are approximately 9-3/8 x 5-1/8 x 9 inches. It is distinctive for its small-diameter JIS standard post terminals. These are often referred to as "pencil-posts".

 

The S46B24R is notably used in Toyota Prius, RAV4 and Lexus hybrids and plug-in hybrids as the 12V auxiliary system battery.
